Summary

We are seeking a Sales Representative for a territory based in the Morristown, TN vicinity. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing customers as well as for developing new business opportunities.

This is a commission-based role – your compensation is tied to your ability to grow sales.  We are looking for a driven, passionate professional with strong sales, account management and problem-solving skills and fluency with industrial products.

Essential Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve growth objectives
  • Conduct warm calling to identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations
  • Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products or services
  • Assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed

Experience / qualifications

  • Proven sales experience (2+ years) in sales of industrial products
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence others
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
  • Problem solving – identifies customer pain points and offers solutions
  • Driven to succeed
  • Ability to thrive in a commission-based role
