Summary
We are seeking a Sales Representative for a territory based in the Morristown, TN vicinity. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing customers as well as for developing new business opportunities.
This is a commission-based role – your compensation is tied to your ability to grow sales. We are looking for a driven, passionate professional with strong sales, account management and problem-solving skills and fluency with industrial products.
Essential Duties
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve growth objectives
- Conduct warm calling to identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations
- Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products or services
- Assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed
Experience / qualifications
- Proven sales experience (2+ years) in sales of industrial products
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence others
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
- Problem solving – identifies customer pain points and offers solutions
- Driven to succeed
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based role
